Lindsay Lohan -- FREE AT LAST!

Lindsay Lohan's painfully relaxing stint under house arrest is finally OVER!!!



According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Lohan was officially released at 10:20 AM ... ending 35 arduous days of sun-tanning captivity.

We're told Lindsay is still inside her Venice, CA condo ... preparing to roll over to the Downtown Women's Center to perform her community service.

Harvey, she still has to complete 480 hours of community service. How long does she have to do it? I can already predict that she will be back in court on this one! Oh...sorry judge...I couldn't finish my court ordered community service because I'm soooo busy being an actress!!!!!

Jonny Fairplay -- the most hated "Survivor" villain of all time -- tells TMZ his super-hot "America's Next Top Model" star wife has walked out on their marriage ... and she took their kid with her.



Fairplay -- real name Jon Dalton -- says Michelle Deighton called it quits a couple of weeks ago ... but she didn't give him a REAL reason for the split ... only that she just doesn't want to be with him anymore.

Jonny tells us, he already filed for legal separation in North Carolina -- and plans to fight for full custody of their daughter.

It's not the first time Jonny's been tossed aside ... back in 2007, Danny Bonaduce launched him into a painful faceplant during an awards show ... and Jonny ended up in the hospital.

Greasy Bear Pleads GUILTY to Coke Possession

Brandon Davis pled guilty to felony possession of cocaine -- two months after police arrested ol' Greasy Bear outside a Hollywood nightclub ... and found the drug in his pocket.



As we previously reported, Brandon was busted outside Beacher's Madhouse back in April -- after he allegedly punched comedian Ben Gleib in the face.

When cops arrived, they searched Davis and found cocaine. Brandon was arrested for battery and possession of a controlled substance.

Brandon pled no contest to the battery charge -- a misdemeanor, and the judge sentenced him to a drug diversion program.

Good news -- if Brandon successfully completes the program, both charges will be dropped entirely.
